Apartment Types

While The Julian offers a variety of studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments, the studio units will provide a unique opportunity for renters to live in a well-appointed private apartment and still afford an “A+” urban location.

The Julian focuses on efficiently designed unit floorplans with common areas, amenities and shared experiences where residents can study, socialize and collaborate.

Creative Village

The Julian is located in the heart of Creative Village in Downtown Orlando. Creative Village is a 68-acre urban redevelopment project that builds on the success of Orlando’s digital media industry. The project transforms the former Amway Area site into a mixed-use, transit-oriented, urban infill neighborhood that is home to the new UCF Downtown and Valencia College Downtown campus; high-tech digital media and creative companies; and a diverse mix of students, employees and residents. Creative Village is an Innovation District that fosters a “live, work, learn and play” lifestyle in Downtown Orlando.

Phase One at Creative Village is well underway and represents over $650 million in development activity.

Creative Village is a public/private partnership between the City of Orlando and the Master Developer, Creative Village Development, LLC, which is a joint venture between Banc of America Community Development Corporation and a local team led by Ustler Development, Inc.

The Julian is being co-developed by The Allen Morris Company and Ustler Development, Inc.

The Allen Morris Company is led by Chairman W. Allen Morris and was founded in 1958. It is one of the oldest diversified real estate firms in the Southeast U.S. with more than 80 successful development projects credited to its name. Over its 60 year history, The Allen Morris Company has never defaulted on a single financial obligation, has never delayed the remittance of an interest payment or has been involved in a single project that has caused its investors to lose their investment. It’s a record which the Company protects vigorously.

Ustler Development, Inc., is led by Craig Ustler. The Ustler Group of Companies consists of Ustler Development, Inc. and various commercial real estate development, brokerage, ownership, management and investment entities. Ustler has developed numerous projects collectively valued at over $400 million. Ustler was selected by the City of Orlando to lead the master development efforts at Creative Village, based on his track record and reputation as the leading commercial real estate developer and expert on urban infill projects in Downtown Orlando.
